Contacting Satin Bow Bridal

Satin Bow Bridal can be contacted at 62 Holywell Hill, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 1BX, by email at info@satinbow.co.uk or on 01727 845586.

Appointment enquiries

The appointment form prepares an email in your own email app. You can review, change or discard it before sending. The form asks for your name, an optional wedding date, preferred dates, your message and any dresses you want to mention. The website form itself does not submit these details to an online booking service.

When you send an email, the boutique receives what you choose to include and your email address. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. For questions about the handling of your correspondence or customer records, contact Sarah using the details above.

Saved dresses

When you save a dress, its identifier is stored in this browser so you can return to your shortlist. It is not a customer account. The shortlist can be added to an enquiry email, which you choose whether to send. See the Cookies & browser storage page for more information.

Other websites and media

Links to Google reviews, maps and social profiles take you to those services. Their own privacy notices apply when you use them. Some dress images or videos may load from designer websites or their media hosts; those hosts receive the technical information needed to deliver the file, such as your IP address.

Questions about your information

Contact the boutique if you want to ask what personal information it holds, request a correction or discuss deletion or another data protection right. The rights available depend on the circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office ↗.
